Energy optimization of second distillation tower of a pyrolysis gasoline hydrogenation unit has been studied by the thermal cycle of vapor recompression method. The mentioned cycle is connected to the second distillation tower of the stabilizer of pyrolysis gasoline, and the results are found promising. The composite pinch curve for both the current and the optimized methods are shown. Moreover, an increase in the heat transfer rate in heat exchanger E-1014 causes energy recovery in reboiler. According to simulation results, by vapor recompression to 1970 kPa and using this heat source for thermal integration, condenser and reboiler’s energies are decreased by 56.93 and 30.4 percentage, respectively.  相似文献

In performing pavement life cycle assessment (LCA), users are facing various reports of energy intensity coefficient (EIC) of pavement materials which differ considerably among data sources and therefore alter the LCA results significantly. Instead of selecting a certain EIC without or of little explanation for the current pavement LCA practices, this study proposed a methodology to build probability density function (PDF) for EIC based on available data-set and their qualities. Each data was first evaluated about the data quality indicator (DQI) through data quality pedigree matrix and converted to PDF in modified Beta distribution form. Three weighting methods, the DQI one, coefficient of variation (COV) one and analytical hierarchy process (AHP) one, were developed to assign weightings for different data. Monte Carlo simulation was run with the weighted PDF of each data as input to obtain the ultimate PDF for EIC. A case study to estimate the bitumen’s EIC with eight data samples were performed using the proposed methodology. It is found (1): the estimates by the proposed methodology is of higher reliability (lower COV) compared to any single data due to utilisation of information of the overall data samples; (2) the AHP weighting method is most favoured despite the results of the three weighting methods are close; (3) the central estimates of bitumen’s EIC are between5.4~5.8 MJ/kg. The proposed methodology is helpful in aiding calculating EICs for pavement materials and capturing uncertainties in LCA results in a statistical sense.  相似文献

为了有效提高单一低渗透突出煤层的瓦斯抽采效率,以高压水射流冲击理论为指导,针对平煤股份八矿己组突出煤层特征建立数值模型,模拟分析水力冲孔应力分布规律,通过现场实测分析冲孔有效影响范围,进一步优化设计冲孔参数、指导现场施工。现场应用表明,水力冲孔是一种行之有效的方法,对单一低渗透突出煤层实施水力冲孔卸压增透、提高瓦斯抽采效果具有重要意义。  相似文献

针铁矿是分布广泛、储量丰富的铁氧化物,其主要成分为α-羟基氧化铁(α-FeOOH)。为了探究针铁矿在催化H2O2烟气脱硝反应中的性能,本文通过沉淀-水解法制备了α-FeOOH,并在自行搭建的实验台上开展了α-FeOOH催化H2O2的低温烟气脱硝实验研究,深入分析了H2O2流量、H2O2浓度、汽化温度、反应温度和共存气体浓度等工况参数对脱硝性能的影响。采用离子色谱(IC)分析了单独脱硝反应和同时脱硫脱硝反应后的含氧酸成分,结合各项表征分析技术考察了催化剂反应前后的理化特性和稳定性。实验结果显示,随着汽化温度和反应温度的升高,NO的脱除效率先增加后降低;增加H2O2浓度对脱硝效率有明显的促进作用。当汽化温度为140℃、反应温度为160℃时,以2.5mL/h注入10mol/L的H2O2脱硝效率达到80%。当SO2浓度为1000μL/L时,脱硝效率提高至86.4%。离子色谱分析结果显示,单独脱硝反应和同时脱硫脱硝反应后含氧酸产物为HNO3和H2SO4。反应前后催化剂的表征结果显示,α-FeOOH在脱硝反应后依然具有良好的稳定性,显示出针铁矿在低温烟气脱硝工艺中的潜在应用前景。  相似文献

我国现阶段的配电网网架结构依然十分薄弱,智能化水平低,缺乏先进的检测技术和高效的运维模式。在现阶段低压电气信息不开源的情况下,为解决0.4 kV配网无差别运维效率低的问题,文章分析了适用于低压配网状态评估的评价维度,并基于负荷预测结果提出了低压台区低电压风险评估方法,引入了微增容量所引起的压降比,实现对低电压风险的定期管控。该文对于优化低压配电网运维资源配置、指导低压配网差异化运维模式的建立,以及提高低压配电网运维整治效率具有一定的参考价值。  相似文献

为进一步提高联合循环效率,参考现有燃气蒸汽联合循环12.5 MPa/568℃亚临界蒸汽参数,提出27 MPa/585℃超临界蒸汽参数,根据燃气蒸汽联合循环计算模型,以397 MW燃气轮机联合循环机组为例,计算了超临界蒸汽参数与两种亚临界蒸汽参数的底循环效率和联合循环效率,并分析对比了3种蒸汽参数的底循环效率对联合循环效率的贡献。研究表明:对于同一燃气轮机,超临界和亚临界中低压蒸汽参数不同时,超临界蒸汽参数的底循环效率比亚临界提高了4.3%,蒸汽底循环输出功率占联合循环机组输出功率的百分比由30.21%增加到32.62%,联合循环净效率增加了2.21%,联合循环机组的输出功率增加了20.38 MW;中低压蒸汽参数相同时,超临界蒸汽参数的底循环效率比亚临界提高了2.87%,蒸汽底循环输出功率占联合循环机组输出功率的百分比由31.16%增加到32.62%,联合循环净效率增加了1.44%,联合循环机组的输出功率增加12.5 MW。  相似文献

针对低信噪比(SNR)环境下传统方法对声信号降噪的局限性,提出了一种联合自适应阈值活动语音检测(VAD)算法和最小均方误差对数谱幅度估计(MMSE-LSA)的实时降噪算法。首先,在VAD算法中通过基于能量概率最大值的概率统计来对背景噪声进行估计,对得到的背景噪声进行实时更新并保存;然后,将实时更新的背景噪声作为MMSE-LSA的参考噪声,并对噪声幅度谱进行自适应更新,最后进行降噪处理。通过在真实场景中对四类声信号进行实验,结果表明,该算法在保证对低SNR声信号的实时处理的情况下,相较于传统MMSE-LSA算法,降噪信号的SNR能够提高10~15 dB,且不存在信号过减的情况,可应用于实际工程。  相似文献

A low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) material system has been used to develop a protype field emission cathode structure for use in an experimental magnetron oscillator. The structure is designed for used with 30 gated field emission array (GFEA) die electrically connected through silver metal traces and electrical vias. To approximate a cylinder, the cathode structure (48 mm long and 13.7 mm in diameter) is comprised of 10 faceted plates which cover the GFEA dies. Slits in the facet plates allow electron injection. The GFEA die (3 mm × 8 mm) are placed in axial columns of 3 and spaced azimuthally around a cylindrical support structure in a staggered configuration resulting in 10 azimuthal locations. LTCC manufacturing techniques were developed in order to fabricate the newly designed cathode with seven layers wrapped to form the cylinder with electrical traces and vias. Two different cathode wrapping techniques and two different via filling techniques were studied and compared. Two different facet plate manufacturing techniques were studied. Finally, four different support stand configurations for firing the cylindrical structure were also compared with a square post stand having the best circularity and linearity measurements of the fired structure.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

Thermochemical treatments like plasma nitriding or surface carburizing are commonly used to enhance surface hardness of steel components. An important difference between these treatments is the temperature at which they are carried out. In the present paper, the surface carburizing was carried out following a recently reported non-isothermal low pressure carburizing (LPC) treatment. In order to gain a comparative view of the effect of different treatments on the microstructure, microhardness, fatigue and impact properties, materials with distinct hardenability and widely used in the industrial production were evaluated. Tests were also carried out using industrially processed components aimed to an application demanding high wear resistance. The microstructural evolution during case hardening was studied by optical and electron microscopy.  相似文献
